Mr. Ashok Nandi- CEO: Ashok is one of the founder member of the company and has a strong finance background. He is an MBA,cost accountant & CFA. He has spent 12 years in financial services industry. He has rich experience in Project financing, investment banking, fund based financing etc.In Avon he has been critically responsible for evolving the overall vision and providing direction to the company apart from leading the Business development , Marketing and Sales. He also marshals the finance of the company. He is also critically responsible for evolving a vision for the company and providing direction.
Mr. Jitendra Choudhury- Practice Head-Baan: Jitendra is one of the co-founders of Avon and has been key in the company's ERP practice initiatives.Apart from leading various teams to deliver on-time Enterprise Solutions across India, Asia Pacific and United States, he has been instrumental in handling Customers in varied domains such as Enterprise Application Integration and Wireless Mobility.
Jitendra is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from NIT (formerly REC) Rourkela.
Mr. Kirti Patil- Business Development: Experienced senior professional with over 18 years of proven multi-disciplinary IT services experience. Experience spans strategic planner and tactical manager in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Program Management & Resource Management functions. The applications and services covered are largely Enterprise Wide Resource Planning, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Middleware and Product Lifecycle Management Products.
He has successfully delivered several software projects encompassing end-to-end ownership from requirements, architecture, design, sales and delivery, spanning core systems and applications with high SEI levels of quality assurance. He has also managed several contracts and agreements negotiated with international customers as well as domestic customers to mutual satisfaction.
He has lived and worked in North American and SAARC region to manage sales & business development. He has also worked on some large opportunities in Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. In India, he has achieved successfully sales and the implementation of major international ERP, PLM and middleware solutions in large multinational and Indian companies.
