Avon has also developed an SMS alert & notification solution on mobile device specifically for PI Industries Ltd. in integration with SAP 4.7 C ERP System. Avon had proposed to deploy its SMS solution named HexaALERT to trigger reminders to sale executives on their mobile device for outstanding payments and to have alert messaging from the field sales force about collection made, to check credit limit of the dealers, account details, stock, dispatch and to integrate the application to backend SAP system, enabling seamless real time information update at SAP system. Received client’s interest and successfully introduced following functionalities.
