Automotive Company: Avon has done the ERP development for Apex Auto Ltd. (Jamshedpur)

Transformer Manufacturers-(Vijai Electricals Ltd):  Avon was entrusted with the project implementation of INFOR-SSA ERP LN 6.1. The challenge was to map the new business process that was not covered under BAAN IV. Up gradation & migration from ERP BAAN IV C4 to SSA ERP LN 6.1 implementing all modules i.e. Distribution, Finance, Services, Projects, Manufacturing etc. seamlessly in a stringent project plan delivery model in 6 calendar months time line was a new benchmark in Avon's ERP implementations.

SwitchGear Application (Vijai Electricals Ltd): Avon has  recently implemented ERP Ln-6.1  for SwitchGear Manufacturing Division of VEL.

The Project includes the end-to-end implementation covering the functional areas of: Sales & Marketing, Planning (including MPS and MRP), Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Finance & Accounts, with complex customizations. Preparing project plans, post-implementation client relationship management. System Study and Business Requirements (As-Is Mapping) Study of the existing systems, the process flows, the industry and country specific requirements and the organizational hierarchy. Then actual mapping of manufacturing processes in ERP LN 6.1. is undertaken with the use of CRP tool (Conference Room Piloting) and Quick Gap Analysis i.e gap between the features present in ERPLN6.1 and the requirement were identified, work around suggested areas where business process is RE-ENGINEERING (BPR) was required were identified. Training programs for the key users was conducted.Designing of the company structure in ERP LN 6.1 for VEL Organization was also done.
